We're looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the following roles:

  • Sous chef: You will support the Head Chef by leading daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, seasonality, and sustainability. This includes supervising the kitchen team, assisting with cost control and purchasing, and ensuring full compliance with all health and safety routines.
  • Shift leader: You will be a key player who leads the team on a daily basis, ensures outstanding service, and acts as the manager's representative. Your responsibilities include everything from opening and closing routines to training new employees.
  • Waiter: Provide friendly and attentive service to our guests, guiding them through our menu and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
  • Chef: Prepare and cook our signature meat dishes to perfection, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Bartender: Craft delicious cocktails and provide exceptional service to our guests at the bar.
