As a server at Basso Oslo, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, social dining experience where energy, teamwork, and genuine hospitality define every shift. The role is hands‑on and dynamic: you’ll guide guests through our Italian sharing menu, keep the flow smooth across multiple tables, and contribute to the lively atmosphere that makes Basso special. As our waiter you're expected to be a:

• Menu expert: You explain our Italian menu and help guests choose the right food and drinks.
• Give Great service: You give guests a friendly and fast experience in a busy restaurant.
• Control your tables: You handle many tables at once and make sure everyone gets their food at the right time.
• Clean and tidy: You keep your area clean and ready for the next guests.
• Good communication: You talk clearly with the kitchen and your team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Problem solver: You stay calm and professional if guests have questions or problems.

Qualifications:

• You genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome and taken care of
• You can keep your cool when it’s busy – and you like the energy of a packed restaurant
• You’re reliable, positive and show up ready to work
• You’re a team player who helps out when needed (even if it’s not “your table”)
• Experience from restaurant/bar is a plus – but attitude matters more than CV
